Patient Participation Group
The Netherfield Medical Centre welcomes constructive criticism from our patients. We have recently established a Patient Participation Group. This is a group of patients who wish to become more involved in practice decision making, supporting the Practice and facilitating communication between you, the patients, and the Practice Team.
We meet with the group regularly and opinions and suggestions are freely exchanged at these meetings.
We use the group to disseminate information to our patients and we hope that you will feed back to us your ideas via the group. You can feedback via letter or email.
