When the Surgery is Closed
If you or your family need urgent medical attention when the surgery is closed, please telephone
0115 940 3775 and your call will be re-directed to our Out of Hours service.
Your needs will be assessed and you will be either given advice or arrangements will be made for you to be seen by an appropriate healthcare professional.

The Walk-in-Centre is open from 7:00am - 8:00pm seven days a week, 365 days a year (including Bank Holidays and Christmas Day). No appointment is necessary.
The Walk-in Centre is a free Nurse lead service offering advice and some treatments for minor illnesses or injuries. There are no Doctors at the Walk-in Centre and no x-ray facilities.

Your local pharmacy can also offer you advice and treatment, if required, for a range of minor aliments.

In a life threatening emergency you should dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.
